The city lies approximately some 60 miles to the north of the Mexican border and 100 miles to the south of Phoenix. Tucson has found a place in the retirees’ hearts just like Phoenix, and they come here not just to visit but to settle. Its weather conditions are warm throughout the year and the cost of living here is quite low as compared to other cities like California and Las Vegas. However, despite being smaller, Tucson is not as congested as Phoenix, and is less endowed with tourist attractions.

Tucson has dry climatic conditions throughout the whole year. Summer temperatures can sometimes go past the 45 deg. C level during the day, but winter temperatures range between 20 to 25 deg. C, thereby providing a more pleasant environment, especially for touring the city. Annual rainfall averages at 25cm. The months with the highest tourist activity are between November all the way to match, which is normally the winter season. Spring and fall area also good times to visit especially if one does not like the tourist traffic of the winter.

Tucson is located in a desert and the city outskirts are surrounded by natural desert vegetation that includes mainly the gigantic Saguaro cactuses. These plants grow to heights of up to ten meters. There are forests of these cactuses and one can enjoy a ride through them or simply make good use of the Saguaro National Park trails by hiking. The park is found just on the city’s outskirts. After the ride or the hike, one can also visit the Sanoran Desert Museum which is found near Old Tucson. The Old Tucson town was originally built as a film set for movies, especially cow boy movies. However, the town is currently a theme park. Attractions found in the town include gift shops, actors who are dressed in western regalia, entertainment venues, restaurants and so on.

Driving across the desert for one and a half hours and into the rangelands which are usually thinly populated, one comes across the Tombstone, town. It is an old-west town that is known for its authenticity and for gold mining. Its main street has been reverted back to what it looked like in 1881. The town is sometimes called the “Gunfight at OK Corral.” Restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and other attractions are now found on many of the old buildings. Moreover, the Ok Coral has been elevated into a museum status and is now well enclosed.

The Old Spanish Missions are other attractions that one can opt to visit in Tucson. They include the San Xavier del Bac mission and the San Jose de Tumacacori mission. They are found to the south of Tucson, 9 and 40 miles respectively and are all well preserved. The Pima Air Museum is also found to the south of the city. It offers collections of both military and civilian aircrafts and tourists can also have a chance to enjoy the “Boneyards” guided tours, which are found at the nearby Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.

Sedona City is located in Arizona north, and is bordered by Flagstaff to the northeast and the Grand Canyon to the north. Phoenix is also just a two hours drive away. Sedona has a semi arid type of climate, though the city owes most of its abundant water supply from the mountains that are found nearby. However, when compared to the nearby city of Phoenix, one will notice that in Sedona, winters are slightly colder while summers on the other hand are a bit milder.

Sedona is one of the most popular travel destinations in the USA. Since time immemorial, Native Americans have always travelled to this city for various reasons, most of which are spiritual. Many people who visit this valley for the first time are marveled by its awesomeness. The land is characterized by very high sandstone cliffs, pinnacles, mesas and buttes of rocks brought about by the erosion of these rocks. The Sedona Village is found right in the middle of this natural scenery.

Perhaps what elevates Sedona attractions to a class of their own above other similar attractions like the Grand Canyon and the Yosemite Valley is their accessibility. One can access these scenic views however and wherever, be it when driving, biking or even hiking. The hotel rooms found nearby are also very strategically located in that one can catch a very amazing view of the scenery.

The spiritual attraction to Sedona can not be overemphasized. Many universal vortexes are located here, and these are believed to provide the people that come here seeking for them with metaphysical enlightenment as well as spiritual healing. Many shops and boutiques that are found in this area have capitalized on this desperation from the visitors seeking spiritual freedom and make a kill by selling to them power crystals, copper bracelets, Indian amulets and other paraphernalia believed to have spiritual attachment to them. However, there are still some people who only travel there for fun and to them, a bottle of great wine is all they need, and not the crystals. Yoga classes are very common in many of the resorts and spas found here. There is also a small airfield found on one of the mesas. Visitors can take advantage of the helicopter and airplane tours offered by the airport.

Sedona presents very beautiful scenery when driving around the area. If one approaches it from Flagstaff, then they can use the Oak Creek Canyon main entrance. The canyon’s walls are of rocks of various colors, ranging from red to white, pink and brown, and rise up to 350 meters or more. The airport road leads to the airstrip on the mesa. Many visitors like this area as it offers some of the best views of the surrounding scenery. Other rocks for catching the spectacular views include the Cathedral Rock, the Bell Rock, the Soldiers, the Chimney Rock, and the Coffeepot among many other spots. There are also some wonderful marriage locations in the Sedona as well. Some favorite activities here include hiking, walking, horseback riding and bicycle touring and so on.

New York City is one of the travel destinations that attract many tourists in the USA. The city offers a wide range of activities including annual events and cultural festivities for both the locals and visitors to the city.

On December 31st each year, all roads in New York City usually lead to Times Square where the New Years Eve Party takes place. The occasion is normally graced by famous musicians and entertainment groups. Outdoor stages are usually erected so as to cater for the thousands of people who attend the event. This event is rated the biggest in the US as far as New Years Eve parties are concerned.

The Thanksgiving Day Parade is a harvest festival event in the USA which takes place every year on the fourth Thursday of November. The parade is usually hosted in Manhattan by the Macy’s department, and this has been the tradition for many years. It starts at 9AM from 77th Street all the way through Columbus Circle to Herald Square which is just in front of the Macy’s. Gigantic balloons which resemble cartoon figures of favorite characters usually rent the air. These are tethered and controlled by marchers dressed in appropriate costumes. Other performances of the occasion include marching bands, entertainment groups’ performances and displays. The climax of the event is marked by Santa Claus signifying the start of the shopping season of Christmas holidays.

The famous Halloween of NYC takes place on October 31st each year. The event is a candy “treats” occasion for children from all corners of USA who flock the streets, dressed in different costumes. Perhaps the most exciting version of this occasion takes place in Greenwich Village which is found in the Manhattan. The village is famous for the many performers and artists who hail from there. Residents also hold a parade and match down the streets dressed in different costumes, treating visitors to a very spectacular sight.

For Christians who visit NYC, Saint Patrick’s Day is one of the events they might opt to take part in. It occurs on the 17th of March each year and it is dedicated to Saint Patrick, an Irish saint. The Irish immigrants stage marches on the Manhattan streets and finally converge at the Saint Patrick’s Cathedral. The immigrants also flock many entertainment venues in the evening dressed in green clothing attire. Everyone is usually welcome to join in the celebrations, and a little green dress code for visitors is the only ticket needed to enjoy the fun.

The New York City Marathon is one of the premier sporting events in the city. It is usually held on the first Sunday of every November each year. The race attracts participants from all corners of the world, and more than 30,000 runners and two million spectators attend. It starts from Verrazano Narrows Bridge of Staten Island and ends in Central Park.

Other events in New York City include the Easter Parade, the New York Street Fairs and the Summer Stage Concerts which take place in Central Park.

La Antigua Guatemala was once a colony of Spain and was is considered in Central America as the its capital. It’s considered later on as one of the World Heritage Area, and became the most recognized tourist destination in Guatemala.

Prague Central therefore is the point of reference for the east and West as well as the Northern and Southern part of the street address.

Antigua is located 30 miles west of the city of Guatemala, which is just 45-60 minutes ride from the airport of La Aurora. Here you can take a Q8 bus which is a reused old school bus to the city proper itself.
this town.

Upon arriving in Antigua most of its tourist spots are in a block measured area which is less than a kilometer across. Therefore you just walk and be there wherever you wish to be without consuming much time. If you wish to get to Guatemala City, just ask for the key itinerary of the local bus which is known as the Chicken bus. Since they pass and picks up passengers at every corner of the place.
